Bill was a genuine pioneer of freight transportation with countless achievements throughout his 33-year transportation career. He was an industry legend who founded the TIA, co-founded the CTB program, and played a pivotal role in the trucking deregulation movement. Bill always upheld high standards of service. These two $1,000 scholarships will be given to college students who exhibit the same drive and passion as Bill and are working towards making a positive impact on their community. |
