Traffic Club of Lehigh Valley

The Valley's longest running professional club for anyone interested in transportation, logistics, distribution, and warehousing. Since 1934, the Traffic Club of the Lehigh Valley has provided Valley professionals with opportunities to learn, network, and enjoy each others' company. We plan annual educational seminars and social events, and publish a membership directory to promote collaboration and build relationships. The Club takes an active role with the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, co-sponsoring the yearly Transportation Week luncheon, and engages local businesses and political figures.

Annual Traffic Club Golf Outing & Clambake

One of the Traffic Club of Lehigh Valley's most anticipated events of the year! Enjoy a full day of golf at Green Pond Country Club followed by a classic clambake. A wonderful end-of-summer tradition bringing together transportation professionals from across the Valley for a day of friendly competition, great food, and camaraderie.

Founded in 1906, TCNY connects logistics professionals from maritime, intermodal, rail, motor carrier, port, forwarding, customs, warehousing, and allied distribution fields. Our mission is to connect professionals across the transportation and supply chain industry through high-impact networking events and educational forums.
Manhattan Dinner Cruise
When: Wednesday, June 24, 2026 (Boat sails rain or shine)

📍 Location: Embarks from Liberty Harbor Marina - 11 Marin Blvd, Jersey City, NJ (Parking available at the Marina for $10)
Joint event with the NY/NJ Foreign Freight Forwarders and Brokers Association (NY/NJ FFF&BA). TCNY and NY/NJ FFF&BA are once again joining forces for a relaxing, fun-filled evening cruise around the NY/NJ harbor aboard the privately chartered Cornucopia Destiny yacht. The four-deck vessel features two open-air decks, an indoor dining deck, and an indoor lounge deck. Cost is $225 per person and includes an open bar, hors d'oeuvres, dinner, dessert and coffee, plus DJ music and dancing. Dress code is business casual. During the cruise, Jeanette Gioia, President of Serra International and Serra Shipping, will be honored with the 2026 Captain of Industry Award by the NY/NJ FFF&BA. Space is limited, so reserve your tickets early. Tickets and sponsorships can be ordered through either TCNY or NY/NJ FFF&BA.

Traffic Club of Baltimore Logo

Traffic Club of Baltimore

The Traffic Club of Baltimore was founded in 1913, when the Baltimore Railroad and Steamship Association was officially converted into the club on January 17th of that year. Its original mission was to foster fellowship and close ties among transportation, shipping, and commercial organizations in Baltimore.

Over its 100-plus year history, the club has evolved alongside the transportation industry, but its core purpose has remained consistent. Today, it focuses on promoting the transportation industry, member networking, and giving back to the Baltimore community through scholarships and charitable contributions funded by its events.

North East Association of Rail Shippers (NEARS)

Founded in 1971, NEARS is one of five regional associations operating under the umbrella of the North American Rail Shippers (NARS) organization. Its mission is to provide a common meeting ground between shippers, receivers, and railroads to promote operating efficiency, give the shipping public a direct voice in railroad matters, and offer continuing education programs for industry professionals. NEARS serves members across the northeastern United States, connecting shippers, carriers, freight forwarders, and allied trade professionals through its signature spring and fall conferences. The organization has awarded over $100,000 in scholarships to students across the country and annually honors outstanding industry contributors through its Hall of Fame and Transportation Person of the Year awards.
